Sad News About My Horse
Sorry I haven’t written anything for some time but my horse had to be put down in late February after developing pneumonia and not responding to treatment. This was very sudden and a sad day for our family and friends who have enjoyed looking after him for many years. I bought him as a foal and he would have been 22 in a few weeks time. He was the kindest and sweetest horse that I have ever looked after. Even now, it is very difficult for me to write about this and I have not felt like reading about horses or writing for the website in recent weeks. I will be trying to get back to normal with the website postings soon but expect it may take a while.

I am sorry for you loss. I can only offer prayer. Surely your horse impacted your life in a way that only you know. Thanks for sharing though and will await you next update.

It is tough to deal with a loss like that. I am sorry to hear we almost died when we had to put down our belgian that we loved for years. What helped us get through was remembering the good times that we shared and all the great things our friend taught us about life.

I am so sorry to hear the bad news, I hope you and your family can recover soon, horse is the most lovely and tamed, I am a member of horse lovers, perhaps you can join our club, I have a lot of friends on horsedate.com, a pure heart welcome you join!

I am sure you and your horse shared and amazing 22 years together and that is to be celebrated. Focus on that and knowing you did everything to provide him a loved and full life.

Thanks to everyone for the kind words. These are much appreciated and do help at this sad time. I am trying to focus on all of my happy memories but last weekend was tough as it was his birthday.
